Workouts Week 22 (2013) & May challenge update

This past week was a bad week. I had no motivation and I’m not sure why but I need to work on that.

Each program is either a stretching/yoga, foam roller, plank or mixture of any of the three.

Total = 6.2 miles

May Challenge – I was really pleased that I successfully completed my May challenge of a minimum of 3 days of cross-training each week.  Now I had wanted to do more strength training but ended up primarily working on stretching/yoga type of moves to increase my flexibility and strengthen my core as well as lots and lots of foam roller leg bashing. 🙂  Tomorrow I’ll be posting my June challenge (a little late for the month but better than never).
