Just started a #100challenge – Anyone want to join???

This weekend as I was…well being lazy I remembered a post I read from Blonde  Ponytail about a 100challenge she was going to do and wanted to challenge others to do as well.  Here’s the rundown of the challenge

  • 21 days
  • 100 push-ups
  • 100 sit-ups
  • 100 squats

It’s pretty straightforward.  Just complete a total of 100 of those three movements a day for 21 days.  The best part is that it doesn’t have to be all at once. I started on  Saturday and have been doing 4 sets of 25 of each move throughout the day. I’m still on knee push-ups as my upper body is pretty weak but I’m looking forward to this helping  me move to more solid push-ups in the future.  I also like that these are completely body-weight only movements as I have 4 trips coming up in October (3 work and 1 fun) so I can’t rely on being near a gym.  Each day as I finish the moves I’ll be posting on my twitter account.  I’ll let you know how I improve at the end. 🙂

Is anyone else interested in doing something a little crazy like this?
