Weekly Workouts: February 7 – 13, 2016

Being that I’ve been busy working out lately but I need to work on rounding it out a little more I thought I’d try posting my workouts here so I can see better what types of workouts I’m doing.  So here’s my workouts for last week.

Sunday, February 7, 2016:

Rest day

Monday, February 8, 2016:

Crossfit = Raptor Attacks (4 rounds for time)

  • 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups (green+red bands)
  • 12 front squats (55#)
  • 15 box jumps (20″)
  • 1 lap around building (~1/5 mile)
  • Time = 18:28 (This one was a killer.)

Tuesday, February 9, 2016:

Indoor Soccer

Wednesday, February 10, 2016:

Crossfit = More Cowbell (20 minute AMRAP)

  • 500m row
  • 30 In and outs (substitution for 15 toes-to-bar)
  • 20 kettle bell swing (25#)
  • 25 push-ups (still on my knees)
  • Managed to get 3 rounds plus one more 500m row. 🙂

Thursday, February 11, 2016:

Rest day

Friday, February 12, 2016:

Crossfit = Lady Gaga (3 rounds for time)

  • 15 pull-ups (green+purple bands)
  • 25 overhead squats (35#)
  • 35 AbMat situps
  • 50 Wallballs (1/2 10#, 1/2 6#)
  • 400m Run
  • Time = 35:58
