Weekly Workouts: February 14 – 20, 2016

This past week was not great for workouts. I slacked a little more than I would have liked and still haven’t gotten my running back into the mix. Something to shoot for this next week (especially with a race coming up).

Monday, February 15, 2016:

Crossfit

  • Shoulder Press (1 x 3 @ 57# = new PR!)
  • 6 min AMRAP 
  • 4 front squats (70% max = 65# almost at 70% max)
  • 8 pull-ups (green + purple bands)
  • 12 push-ups (knees)
  • Final count = 4 rounds + 14 reps

Tuesday, February 16, 2016:

Indoor Soccer (45 minutes)

Wednesday, February 17, 2016:

Rest day

Thursday, February 18, 2016:

Crossfit = 10 min AMRAP

  • 10 Deadlift (95#)
  • 10 Box jumps (20″)
  • 30 Double unders
  • Final count = 5 + 11 (RX’d this workout!!!)

Friday, February 19, 2016:

Indoor Soccer (45 minutes)

Saturday, February 20, 2016:

Rest day
