Weekly Workouts: February 21 – 27, 2016

This past week was ok for workouts. I let life get in the way this past week so I need to work that.

Sunday, February 21, 2016:

Nature walk / hike = 1.5 miles

Monday, February 22, 2016:

Rest day

Tuesday, February 23, 2016:

Indoor Soccer (45 minutes)

Wednesday, February 24, 2016:

Crossfit = 10 EMOM (every minute on the minute)

  • thrusters (35#)
  • burpees
  • 6 rounds of 5 each, 4 rounds of 4 each

Thursday, February 25, 2016:

Rest day

Friday, February 26, 2016:

Crossfit Open 16.1 – scaled (20 minute AMRAP)

  • 25 feet walking lunges (35# bar, front rack position)
  • 8 burpees facing bar
  • 25 feet walking lunges (35# bar, front rack position)
  • 8 jumping chin over bar pull-ups (head 6″ below bar)
  • Total = 189 reps

Saturday, February 27, 2016:

Rest day
